1. Controller

[LEGAL ENTITY] ("Admovix"), located at [ADDRESS], email [email protected], is responsible for processing your personal data under this Policy.

2. Scope and roles

Admovix processes personal data both as a controller (data of those who purchase or administer an account, plus billing and usage data) and as a processor (data the Client uploads about its drivers, staff, clients, suppliers and vehicles, processed on the Client's behalf and instructions).

3. Data we collect

  • Identification and contact: name, role, email, phone, company.
  • Account and billing: legal name, tax ID (RFC/EIN), tax regime and address, payment history. Card data is processed directly by Stripe; Admovix does not store full card numbers.
  • Operational users (uploaded by the Client): drivers (incl. driver's license), workshop staff, client and supplier contacts.
  • Vehicles and operations: units, documents, work orders, shifts, services, fuel, income and expenses.
  • Location: position, speed, ignition and related data, manual or via GPS.
  • Images: photos of receipts, incidents, components and units.
  • Technical and usage: access logs, device, IP and activity.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data. If the Client uploads such data, obtaining consent is the Client's responsibility.

4. Purposes

Primary: create and manage the account and permissions; provide the contracted features; process payments and billing; generate alerts and reports; provide support and security; comply with legal obligations. Secondary (optional): communications about news and promotions; statistics and product improvement. You may object to secondary purposes by writing to [email protected].

5. Location and GPS tracking

Location processing is performed on the Client's behalf to manage its fleet. The Client is responsible for informing drivers about monitoring and obtaining any required authorizations.

6. Transfers and processors

We may share data with providers that help us operate (payment processor Stripe, infrastructure/hosting [provider], notifications) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it when required by a competent authority.

7. Retention

We retain data while the account is active and for legal, accounting and tax periods. After cancellation, data is kept for a retention period of [e.g. 90 days], after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless legally required otherwise.

8. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures: role-based access control, encryption in transit and secure storage. No system is infallible; in the event of a significant breach we will act in accordance with the law.

9. Data subject rights

You may exercise access, rectification, cancellation and objection, revoke consent and, where applicable, portability and erasure, by writing to [email protected] with your name, the right to exercise and proof of identity. If a Client uploaded your data, we will route your request to that controller.

10. Cookies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for operation, security and analytics. We use analytics without personal tracking cookies.

11. Minors

The Platform is intended for businesses and adults. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy and will publish the current version with its date. Substantial changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
